Well, I've finally gone around and gotten one of these there "DeviantArts". So, seeing how this the first journal entry, I suppose it's only fair to tell you about myself first, and then a bit about what I'll be doing.

First, I'm a certified nerd (got my card and everything), and enjoy all things technical and shiny. As an artist, I've been coming onto that part of me just recently. I've learned to like writing, and I've always wanted to draw. My brother is incredible, so I'm stealing books and whatnot from him

With that being said, this is my first time seriously drawing. I already have an idea of what I want to do. I'm trying to learn how to draw in Manga style, though I'm not sure what sort of direction I want to take it. The story I have in mind is definitely serious, so I'm not going to go all cartoony. But how serious is really going to shape up later.

I'll start uploading sketches of me starting to draw once I get my scanner working. I'll also upload various junk I write if I like it enough. In any case, stick around, and hopefully, I'll be able to start on my story soon.
